G-Rays Style – Return & Exchange Policy

At G-Rays Style, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

• Beauty products & cosmetics

• Perfumes & fragrances

• Underwear, swimwear, and earrings

• Sale/clearance items

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made for a different size, colour, or product of equal value.

• If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

• Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Provide photos and details of the fault.

• We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.

6. How to Return or Exchange

• In-store: Bring the item and receipt to our store.

• Online orders: Contact us for return instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
